Shipping policy

At Tech Vortex, we are committed to delivering your tech gear as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our processing and delivery times.

1. PROCESSING TIME VS. SHIPPING TIME Please note that Processing Time is separate from Shipping Time. These two periods must be added together to estimate your total delivery time.

  • Processing Time (3-5 business days): Once your order is placed, it takes approximately 3 to 5 business days for our team to fully process it. This includes order verification, quality checking, secure packing, and dispatching to our logistics partners. During peak periods (such as the November-December holiday season) or major promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for the package to travel from our fulfillment center to your destination.

2. SHIPPING RATES & APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIMES (Note: Shipping times do not include weekends or public holidays.)

  • Standard Shipping: $4.90

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $100

  • USA: 3 to 8 business days (Tracking available)

  • Rest of the World: 3 to 12 business days (Tracking availability varies by local carrier)

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email containing your online tracking information.

3. DELAYED DELIVERY In very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected timeframe due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, carrier delays, or high-volume peak seasons). We seek your understanding and patience should this occur. If your tracking information shows no updates for more than 30 to 60 business days, please contact us, and we will arrange to ship out a replacement package.

4. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES For international orders, we do not have control over local customs authorities. Therefore, Tech Vortex cannot be held responsible for any customs delays, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. ORDER CANCELLATION We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, once an order has been PROCESSED or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

  • If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us at info@techvortexshop.com within 360 minutes of placing it.

  • If you reach out to us and the order has already been processed by our warehouse, the cancellation will be denied, and you will need to follow our Return Policy once the item arrives.
