Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tech Vortex. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for a Return To be eligible for a return, your tech item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unused, with all seals perfectly intact (if applicable), and in its original, undamaged packaging with all manuals, cables, and accessories included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return To ensure your return is processed correctly, you must start the process by contacting us at info@techvortexshop.com.

Please note the following critical instructions:

  • Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you via email with detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.

  • DO NOT send your purchase back to the sender's address found on the original package.

  • Items sent back to us or any supplier without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and software licensing:

  • Opened in-ear headphones (earbuds) and wearable technology.

  • Opened software packages or digital downloads.

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized or personalized tech products.

  • Items heavily used, scratched, or missing their original serial numbers/UPC barcodes.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.

5. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

7. Refunds We will notify you once the supplier has received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
